Gabriel screamed as he flung his desk away.
He had just watched the news that announced Andrea's partnership with the North and the government for the permission of trade on the Silk Road.
For him, this meant Andrea was busy making a name for herself, topping the charts, acquiring power. She would be able to deploy the North whenever she wanted to, against whomever she wanted to.
This power that Andrea had procured would obviously be the death of him. He had gone into illegal shipping of arms in order to protect himself against Andrea when the time came, but now that the brat had the favor of the government and the North, what could he do?
Andrea was proving to be a threat, a bone in his throat again and again, he had suggested they should just kill her off but nobody listened to him. Now this alignment with the North would be detrimental for everybody. This was obviously Andrea's big move of going independent.
