Blood was tripping from Ryley's hand and the shining core in his hand was very flamboyant. Ryley then turned towards Sam and smiled but the problem was that he was in his ghoul form and this image will be forever stuck in his mind and it would represent a horrible night for him. After giving a smile to Sam he took the two cores and ate it, crunching sound could be heard, giving chill to Sam, after crunching the cores enough he swallowed the cores. The cores were going down to Ryley's stomach and during this process he felt warm in a good way and he couldn't help but let out a little moan.
"Omg this is so good, I feel so much stronger than before, this feeling is so intoxicating I must be carefull."
Ryley then asked Sam if he was ok while giving his hand to Sam. Then Sam looked at Ryley then at his hand that was bloody and then sighed and grabbed his hand and said. " Yeah I'm fine but my sides are hurting badly. How will I explain this to my wife?"
"Euhh you're right, I'm sorry."
"~sigh~ it's not your fault I was the one who decided to follow you, if only I could heal like you."
Ryley then smiled and said " I can help you with that"
But Sam said in a panicking voice, " No need for that, I'm ok with my human body."
"Your lost" said Ryley
"~sigh~ thank you for not being insistent about it."
"Why would I be?"
"Euh I don't know you feel like someone who would be."
While they were talking, Ryley was feeling more and more hungry and couldn't but salivate when looking at Sam.
"Are you ok Ryley?" said Sam
When Ryley heard Sam question he snapped back and realized that he was losing control of his body and said to himself that he should stop eating cores because the more he ate them the more he would lose control and so he realized that he needed time to consolidate his new powers and that he must be capable of suppressing his instinct before he could eat more cores.
"I think we should go, Sam."
When Sam heard that, he was surprised, he didn't think that Ryley would decide to stop and that he would need some time to convince him to stop hunting for ghouls but guess he didn't need to anymore.
"Are you sure?" asked Sam, still unsure if he was kidding or not.
"Yeah I think it's enough action for today, don't you think."
When hearing that Sam couldn't help but give a huge smile and said, "alright no problem, want me to bring you to your house."
"Yeah that would be nice"
While Sam was bringing Ryley to his home they exchanged numbers in case Ryley wanted to go hunting again at least Sam wanted to know so that he could go help him. Why he felt that way maybe it's because of his new father instinct but we will never know.
After they arrived they said bye to each other and had a consensus that if Ryley goes hunting again he would tell Sam about it.
