But Eiana knew only this much about Veleris, Vampires and their Vampire king. As belonging to different race, since many years, they never had too much interactions with the Vampires or the kingdom of Veleris.
And more over as a pampered princess, her father and brothers always did everything to keep her away from the cunning politics and unwanted things.
She even didn't know how Vampires looked like. She heard that they looked like wild animals and we're hideous. After all, like most normal humans , most of the information that she got about the other races, was from the rumor sources. No one knew whether it was true or untrue.
But who cares. As long as it is some thing interesting and is able to satisfy your gossipy stomach.
But Eiana was really curious to know, so she looked up to the two sisters and asked, " By the way, do you know how vampires look like? I mean their appearance. Do they look like us , the people of Cecia, or different ? "
This time Seryn answered, " From what I heard from my cousin, he said that, Vampires look really scary. Normally, at first glance, they do look like us humans, with two eyes, one nose, a mouth and everything like us. But they have varing features. "
Seryn continued in a low ,serious voice, " Unlike us they have red eyes.
And their skin is so pale, that one would likely mistake it for a paper!
They have sharp and stiff features , that make them akin to ghosts! And they are cold blooded, in literal sense too. Their body is cold like ice.
And the most scariest thing is their fangs!!! My cousin said that once they peirce their fangs in someone's body ,they don't let them go unless they suck all the blood from his or her body! "
The more Eiana heard , the more paler she got. It seemed like all the blood vanished from her body. She herself looked like a vampire that moment.
She licked her dried lips and asked in a shaky voice, " Do vampires bite and drink human's blood too? "
Seryn instantly nodded, " Ah, yes! Some people that say human blood is their favorite. They drink animal's blood, other vampire's blood and ofcourse human blood! My cousin also say that drinking blood from one's body is considered as a very intimate act for them."
" In.. Intimate!!? " This time, Eiana was scared silly.
What the hell !! Intimate act! That too drinking blood!! Disgusting...!
And so scary!
"Um hmm.. That's what he said! And that's why he warned me to never like a Vampire in my life." Seryn nodded.
Elyn rolled her eyes when she heard her sister's last line. Though she too didn't know better about Vampires and belived what her cousin said. But she knew fully well, why he always stresses the last line, unlike her dumb sister!
But she also noticed that their princess was behaving too strange today. And what is with this Vampire questions? She was never interested in this things before! The only things that ever caught her attention is adventure, freedom, new places, food and her father and brothers's pampering!
But when she thought about the possible invasion of the vampires, she consoled herself thinking that maybe the princess was curious about her possible enemies.
