Intentionally stepping a banana peel because of her urges Alanis died with a ridiculous and pathetic death and was reincarnated in a novel. Since it has been her dream to be reincarnated inside a novel she decided to accept it and adapt to the story. Knowing that she’s inside a novel she started imagining herself changing the future of the written book and making a happy ending herself and successfully became the female lead! Since she always hated female leads in a reincarnated novel who was dense or doesn’t want to be involved in the story she swore not to be one. But to her dismay out of the many novels, she has read she was reincarnated in a novel that she read when she was 15. And it was an overrated novel that was poorly written since it was a long time ago. “Why can’t it be the last novel that I read?!” Remembering the contents of this novel she decided to not be involved in the storyline. Thanks to the novel she reincarnated to, she became a female character that she always hated. But she rather ran away than be involved in a cringe story! However, even though she ran away she still meet a bad ending by dying in the hand of AN EXTRA!! Thanks to the twisted Male leads and unreasonable female lead! But to her surprise the moment she woke up she go back to the time before she runaway. Remembering how she died by an extra she can’t accept it and decided to change the future by helping the male lead and female lead even though they cringe! To avoid being killed again. She struggles to remember the full story. But knowing that this storyline was overused in many novels, using her knowledge she began to create a plan to help the Male Lead and Female Lead. Although she forgot her first goal to be the female lead and create a happy ending. She has a better life. She became the trusted person of the Male Lead and the closest friend of the Female Lead. Mary is an unknown man by the suggestion of the FL. Well, nothing goes wrong since she’s the Female Lead right? She happily married the man and have a baby in her womb but she was betrayed by the Female Lead and died at the hands of her husband along with her baby. Why? I trusted them, I even helped them. Why do I have to die? Why do they have to kill my baby? Crying helplessly, she cursed them. Even in the next life, I won’t leave them alone! “If God is listening-, no if a devil is listening to me now. Give me another chance I will pay with everything I had! Just give me one more chance to change everything!” Maybe I shouldn’t have run away from my role, maybe I shouldn’t have forgotten that in every story there is a Villainess. I’m the Villainess. And I will show them how it’s done. I’ll be eviler than the Villainess that I should be. Before I lost my consciousness I saw a white light blinding me.

Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

After dying a ridiculous death Alanis woke up in an unfamiliar and different scenery yet familiar environment.

"Am I dead? OMG! Th-this place! This was just like how novel authors describe the rooms or mansion in their novel!"

High ceiling, a big room with a touch of historical phase!

"I can't believe it! Did I really die? Am I reincarnated inside a novel?"

Who would have thought that intentionally stepping into a banana peel (just because of my fre*king urge) would cause me to death! Ha! Just imagining what would I look like when people saw my dead body on the floor and how would people react if they knew my cause of death is stressing me.

Nevertheless, I'm just an orphan who doesn't even have a decent job in my last life, so might as well enjoy this new life, especially since I'm inside a novel.

Uhm actually I'm not 100% sure that I'm inside a novel but I'm guessing since this looked exactly how I picture it out while reading a novel!

I've always been dreaming to be reincarnated in a novel and now I did! I can't stop grinning while pinching my tights just to make sure that this is not a dream. That I'm not dreaming while being comatose after stepping a banana peel.

"It hurts! So this is real right?"

I looked to the left and right corner of this room, trying to find hidden cameras. This is not a prank, right? No one would tell me that this is a prank? Well, no one would prank me anyways but it's better to be sure.

Anyways since there's no camera hidden I decided to start figuring out what novel I've reincarnated to.

Isn't it time for a maid to come in? Usually, in any novels or reincarnated novels, a maid would come in and would hysterically say "THE YOUNG MISS I AWAKE!!" etc.

Since I couldn't wait any longer I decided to get up and find a mirror to see whose body I transmigrated to.

Is it the last novel I read? Then I would be able to see the male lead Raphael and the heroine Leticia!!

It's not bad to be the heroine Leticia! Oh, no! I would gladly be the Villainess Yuri who is the only daughter of the emperor!

Oh my, I'm so excited that I started running towards the mirror.

But to my dismay, this isn't a character in the latest novel that I read.

Pale skin, scarlet hair, and eyes. This is not a description of Leticia or Yuri. It seems familiar but I can't pinpoint where did I read this description.

"No way! Do-don't tell me this body belongs to her? No! I refused to believe it! This can't be! I can't be! I became Y-"

*clang*

"Young miss? THE YOUNG MISS IS AWAKE? INFORM THE DUKE OF ASHFORD!"

Suddenly I heard the confirmation that I don't want to hear.

I became the Villainess Yuri.

The only problem was I wanted to be Yuri Belggard the Villainess in the last novel that I read but I end up becoming Yuri Ashford the Villainess in a poorly written but still overrated novel that I read when I was 15!

It's my fault I should have been specific when I said that I would gladly be the Villainess Yuri.

Just thinking about it cringes me. Oh God, what did I just do?
