I sat up on the bed in the infirmary and held my head. I looked to my side and noticed Yusa asleep in a chair beside my bed and noticed how cute she looked. I felt different than before as if some of my energy was missing. I looked surprised and held the back of my neck, sensing the Judgement Mark was missing. I was free...I was free from Judgement's grasp.
I was about to text my friends that I was free until I looked at the TV and saw the news.
"Judgment is making their stand along with the Demon Order. The Demon Order and Judgement have decided to join forces and now are striking all areas of Fujitori and Yahoma. Everyone stay inside your homes. Close your windows. Lock your doors. It is now too dangerous to leave." The news reporter said on TV.
I looked at Yusa then rubbed her hair and got out of bed then hurried out of the infirmary. "Now I can fully control myself. I need to go out and help the Valkyrias!"
Meanwhile on the top of the Mishiyo Tower, Silent Fox sat along the roof with her partner who wore a masquerade raven mask. Silent Fox sensed H-12 walk towards them and took her mask off. She stood up and walked toward H-12.
"I came with the Sacred Energy you asked for, but I have a certain question for you." H-12 said then looked at Silent Fox.
"What is it?" She asked.
"Why are you leading the Demon Order? Why did you decide to join forces with Judgement?" H-12 asked. "You used to hate us. What changed your mind?"
"The day Yusa was chosen by a Ruler to wield a Divine Weapon was the day I lost it, but I thought I could live with it...hoping my chance would come. It never did.." Silent Fox turned around and put her mask back on. "I needed to grow stronger...I needed to become the best again. I had an epiphany...I could be a double agent. I created the Demon Order to combat the Valkyrias but they were just too strong especially Liao Ru and Orishi when they worked together. I stood no chance, but I refused to go down easily. I betrayed them all...Killed Ieyasu and Nicholas. I gained their power...That day I discovered that I too had the power to adapt to any energy I pleased. I could grow stronger than Yusa and her puppets! I could destroy them if I absorbed enough powerful energy."
H-12 looked at her then looked at the Sacred Energy. "This energy was the last stash of Sacred Energy we had left. I had to go behind Judgement's back to take it. It was meant for my mother to consume...I can always lie and say that the scientists mixed up the energies. Better hope this energy proves to be useful enough to you."
"I will make great use of this energy. Now go...before your mother realizes you're gone for too long." Silent Fox said as she took the container from H-12.
He nodded then hurried off back to his base.
"Tengu. Let's go." Silent Fox said then walked off. Tengu stood up and followed Silent Fox.
"Squad VI! Suit up! We are going to Fujitori to stop beasts from destroying the city! Be ready for anything and everything!" Orishi said then noticed I walked in the room.
Kikyo, Yumeji, Saito, and Misao looked back at me. Saito smiled at me then looked back at Orishi. I stepped forward and stood with the others. I looked determined, finally ready to face my fears.
"Hisumi. Are you sure you want to come to this mission?" Orishi asked.
"Mom saved me from Judgement...something I couldn't do alone because I was too scared to battle it myself, but now I'm ready for the battlefield. Allow me to join the battle. I'll show these Demon Order and Judgement memebers that I'm not the same I once was!" I smiled and looked determined.
Orishi looked at me and smiled then turned to the screen. "We will split up into two teams. Ambrosia came with news that Silent Fox may be on the battlefield. H-12 is also on the move. Judgement is now starting to make their move. Seihachi is also still out there somewhere. Running into him is dangerous as he is way too strong for us right now even for me. We must find the one commanding these beasts and strike them down. Understand?"
"Yes, Captain!" We all said in unison.
"Let's head out to the battleship." Orishi said then led us to the battleship.
Yumi sat on the top of a building and looked at the sky with a lollipop in her mouth. She smirked and looked at the beasts wreaking havoc upon the city then laughed. "Yes, let us take over this city now! Hurry up!"
She looked back at the sky then noticed the Star Shooter in this distance. She smirked and stood up.
I walked out of the battleship and summoned my sword. I walked forward with Saito and Kikyo following behind me. I stopped and looked at them. They nodded at me then we rushed forward into battle.
I slashed through the Fell Beasts easily and my lightning surged around my legs then I vanished and appeared behind the Fell Beasts then they all turned into magic energy at once.
Kikyo dashed forward and jumped in the air with wind surrounding her body. She yelled and slashed down, summoning a tornado with the slash. The tornado picked up the Fell Beasts and Saito fired a massive laser at the tornado then the tornado exploded and killed the Fell Beasts. Kikyo landed on the ground then looked ahead.
"Saito is detecting more beasts around the area as if they are multiplying...or more of being summoned. We need to find their commander quickly and take them out." Saito informed as she scanned the area.
I nodded and dashed forward. Kikyo and Saito followed behind and we ran through the beasts as if they were nothing. Saito cleared the way for us with her massive cannons. I stopped seeing someone on the top of the building then smirked.
Yumi looked down at me then summoned her bow. I dashed towards the building then jumped and somersaulted towards the building and used energy to run up the building. Yumi jumped down the building and we looked at each other then reached the roof of the building then looked down.
Yumi landed on one knee and stood up. She smirked and summoned more Fell Beasts. She looked up at me while the Fell Beasts kept Kikyo and Saito occupied. I jumped down the building and my eyes shined as my body turned into lightning and I crashed down to the ground. I stood up and looked at Yumi.
"A long time coming. You escaped the grasps of Judgement. I'm surprised. Luckily for you, I am tasked with keeping you alive and returning you to your home." Yumi said.
"My home? More like Hell. I betrayed Judgement for a reason. You're just as young as I am. You were just like me. Being experimented on since you were little. I saw you with me. You were hurting just as I was. I will save you from your misery." I said then got in my stance.
Yumi looked a bit surprised then smirked. "It isn't me who needs to be saved...now let us commence our battle!"
I looked at Yumi then took a step forward and she took a step back. She had her fingertips on the string of the bow, ready to shoot at any moment. She manipulated her core strengths to match mine.
She took aim and released five lightning arrows at me. I dodged them and dashed towards her. I slashed multiple times and she blocked each slash with her bow and grunted. I vanished in lightning speeds then appeared behind her with a powerful kick. She turned around and got hit with my kick. She was sent flying then recovered by flipping backwards and landing on her feet. She fired a large arrow in the sky.
"Piercing Rain!" She bellowed as a barrage of arrows crashed down at me.
I blocked and deflected most of the arrows then vanished and appeared above her. She looked up and shot an arrow at me, but it went through my body.
"An afterimage..?!" She looked surprised.
I appeared in front of her and punched her stomach. She grunted and her eyes widened. She coughed and I sent her crashing into the skyscraper then propelled myself after her. Yumi landed on her feet and stumbled backwards. I slashed downwards at her and multiple bolts of lightning followed behind. She dodged it and threw a computer monitor at me. I dodged it and dashed towards her.
"Every waking moment was torture for me and I know it is the same for you!" I slashed at her and she parried my attack then palmed my stomach, blowing me away then sent multiple arrows at me.
I dodged them, but one arrow struck my arm. I groaned lightly and stepped back.
"Shut up...! You don't know a thing! Judgement is my home! My family! They love me!" Yumi said.
I looked at Yumi and took the lightning arrow out of my arm then tossed it aside. "I used to think the same thing until I learned my father and step mother were just using me. Now look at where I am? A woman, but I'm starting to like it better than being a male because my body can actually adapt to energy better than a male could. Judgement is only using you. Just look at you. You're able to wear a battlesuit...they will learn the secrets of you and continue to use you as a puppet. Yumi, escape Judgement. Take my hand...and you too can be free from them." I said then held my hand out.
Yumi looked at me and had multiple flashbacks of all of the experiments done to her and all of the violating things they've done to her body. She closed her eyes then her Judgement Marking shined and she yelled. "Stop trying to manipulate me! I'll never betray them!"
I lowered my hand. "Then so be it. I'll just make you betray them!" I said then my lightning surged around my body.
"I'll show you my true power!" Yumi bellowed and her Fell Energy surged powerfully and her heart thumped hard. She grunted and gripped her hair and panted.
I looked at her and my eyes shined then I dashed towards her and she began to laugh. I looked at her then dodged an invisible arrow then got hit in my leg and groaned. She dashed to me and kicked me away. She grabbed a desk and threw it at me. I looked at the desk and ducked, avoiding the desk then looked up. She kneed my face and I groaned the she grabbed my leg and slammed me on the ground.
"So much power..! Fell Energy is the best thing ever!" Yumi laughed.
I grunted and slowly stood up then kicked her away and got up. I discharged electricity around the entire room and set off the sprinklers. She looked around then looked surprised as she was electrocuted because of the water and electricity. I ran to her then yelled and tackled her out of the window and we both began to fall from the 15th Floor of the skyscraper.
"I'll save you one way or another...old friend.." I said then held my hand up to the air and blasted electricity to the sky then propelled us down to the ground at high speeds.
I had her pinned down and sat on top of her. We both panted and I lowered my head as my hair covered my eyes.
Yumi looked at the sky and noticed I protected her head with my energy then looked at me. "Why..? Why are you trying so hard to save me..? Why won't you just kill me?"
"You see...originally that was the plan, but I had a dream about my past and you were in it. I remember you...we were friends at one point and soon I was betrayed by Judgement. When they don't need you anymore...they just betray you...I don't want you to experience what I did.." I said then was punched in my face by her and groaned. She grabbed my kimono then headbutted me.
I fell backwards and held my head. She crawled on top of me and sat on top of me then punched my face. I tried to block her strikes and groaned each time she hit me.
"Idiot! Idiot! Idiot! You don't get it! I am not fortunate like you to have a biological mother still alive to break the curse! I'm not fortunate enough to have friend stay with me every step of the fucking way! I'm not fortunate enough to escape like you did!" Yumi yelled as she gripped my kimono. "I'm stuck until I've fulfilled what I needed and I need you to come with me...I can't run away like you! I can't die and come back to life like you!"
I looked at her then yelled and punched her face. She groaned and fell back. I kicked her off me and slowly stood up. I sniffed and wiped the blood from my mouth. "I'm not going back to Judgement and I'm not leaving without you. I'm not leaving until I've gotten you back in my life!"
Yumi stood up and sniffed then her eyes shined. She looked at me then summoned her bow. "Well the only way we reunite is if you come back with me...I don't want to be at Judgement, but what choice do I have?! So pick one! Join me and we do this the easy way or kill me and move on!"
I looked at her and summoned my sword. "I will leave here with you as a Valkyria!" I yelled and my eyes shined brightly then my lightning energy surged powerfully around my body.
Yumi yelled and her Fell Energy surged wildly and black lightning crackled around her body. "Don't make me do this!"
"I'll defeat you with my strongest! I had a dream about this move, you'll be the first to see it!" I bellowed and dashed towards her and jumped in the air.
"I'm warning you!" Yumi said, worried.
I bellowed and my katana shined brightly. "Supreme Thunder Star!" I bellowed and flew down to the ground with a devastating slash and a light infused bolt of lightning crashed down with me and a bright light shined.
"What the hell is that?!" Kikyo asked and squeaked as she guarded her face from the light.
"It's Hisumi with a new attack it seems!" Saito said as she covered her eyes.
The light dimmed and a massive crater was seen in the street and Yumi's Fell Energy vanished. I panted and my single tomoe disappeared from my eyes. I fell to my knees and laid on my side next to Yumi.
"Did you sense that..?" Yonaka asked and looked at Orishi.
Orishi nodded and looked at Yonaka. "The Ruler of Raijin is calling to her. She's most definitely got the potential to become a Ruler now." Orishi said then noticed the Fell Beasts disappearing one by one.
