99.99999% of the world population has a power.
Main source of power is the soul that is unlock in a person at birth. With it they get ability such as fire creation , water control, wood control etc... it is not limited to nature ability but you get the point.
ever since the world started powers have always been around so it is not something new. but someone without powers is hard to find. in the world there has only been 2 so far.
The stronger the soul the stronger persons power level is. but it is also very important to know that just having a powerful soul means nothing if a person's body is not strong enough to handle the power so it is important to work to improve body and soul to get stronger.
To get stronger a person needs training also they can kill monsters or if they do it illegally they can take a drug that gives them a short boost in strength, but with serious consequences.
RANKS OF POWER
Rank 1 - 7
Rank 1- This is the most common rank with 45% of the population being at this level. At this level they are way beyond and average human but nothing to special. if tried hard enough they can beat 10 bears so they are nothing to play with unless you are a rank higher than them.
Rank 2 - They are also common but not as much as the first rank. if put into todays society they can block bullets from normal gun but nothing like a shield piercing bullet.
Rank 3 - This level is where the power gap become huge at this rank you can not only fly for a short time but, if but in today society they can destroy a city and block bullets with from missiles but they will fall against a nuke.
Rank 4 - They widen the gap even further as they can block nukes with some difficult. they can take down a whole nation If multiple nuke are not used to kill them.
Rank 5 - This rank is known as the king rank since they are essentially the kings of the world. other that 6 And 7 ranks nothing can beat them other than a monster or human at the same rank. if put in today society they can can run wild because nukes has no effect what so ever on them, but they cannot destroy the world because there powers are limited and they cannot survive in space
Rank 6 - able to survive in space for a short time. they are known as emperors. if they want to they can even stop time in a certain area. they are one of the strongest being on the planet. it is hard to find even 1.
Rank 7 - able to survive in space forever. They can destroy a planet if they go all out. no creature other that one of the same rank can beat them. it would take 2 of the same rank to kill 1.
