Now, we have to cook. Argh, sometimes I wonder why grandpa is so traditional. It was tradition here that when we had guests, the females of the family did all the cooking while the males attended to the guests. Very Asian indeed. Anyway, me, Lexi, Lyra and Viddie made our way to the kitchen. Soon enough, Lily and Mona joined us as well.
"What took you so long?" asked Viddie.
"I had to make sure that Lily put away her potions and washed her hands clean." Answers Mona with a straight face.
"Big sis, Mona is a meanie. She took all my potions away." Whined Lily as she swung my arm back and forth with pouted lips, looking like a little girl who had been wronged, making all of us burst into laughter.
"Guys, stop messing around. We need to cook." States Lexi while trying to hold back her laughter.
"What are we to cook? Which tradition should we base them on? Should we do a little bit of everything?" asked Lyra, her eyes wide open, brimming with curiosity.
