The sight of the breathtaking creature awed me beyond my imagination. My gaze followed it into the distance and I caught sight of what looked like birds rising from the mountain and taking to the sky.
'No, not birds…more dragons!' "How in the world did we get…here?" I said breathlessly as I glanced around me in utter shock.
"We walked through a door." He whispered and chuckled, amused, pulling me to kneel down beside him.
"Are we still…on earth?" My eyes glued on the horizon.
He chuckled with delight. "Yes, just a hidden part of it, away from greedy human eyes. I guess you could say it's another dimension, I suppose."
"Is this why you said angels and demons are real?"
"Just because you can't see them, doesn't mean they aren't real. There are legends stating that every dragon has an angel that they serve for their entire lifetime, bound to each other."
"So, dragons are holy creatures?" I looked at him, my brows pushed together.
