After breakfast I went to search for Sir Aeron. I've decided that I will leave in the next two days. I will spend as much time as I can with him and with everyone else until then.
"Sir Nigelle." He entered the castle in a plain shirt and trousers carrying a small bundle in his arm.
"Charli!" A huge grin appeared on his face. "Come here. I want you to meet Mariella." He sat down and I peeked into the bundle.
My heart melted as I stared at this sleeping baby with huge chubby cheeks and a lot of frizzy brown hair like her dad.
I gasp in awe, "Would you look at this sweet bundle of joy!"
"She just fell asleep. She refused to go to sleep, so I took her on a walk with me."
"She is absolutely gorgeous."
"Yes, I know. She takes after me." He burst into laughter.
"Mhm, yeah you wish you were as gorgeous as her. She's got that crazy hair of yours, but I think she looks more like your wife."
"Did you want to hold her?"
