Myung immediately opens Haneul's car door as soon as he sees that his wife has arrived at their meeting place. The woman has changed into yoga tights and a loose but comfortable thin cotton spandex top. Myung herself wears sweatpants and a plain white T-shirt.
For the first time, they look like this. After completing the registration process, both enter a room and leave their shoes in front of the door. There are already about four couples there who will also take classes. Myung noticed that all of the women were pregnant; this appears to be a pregnancy yoga class.
They get to know each other and, afterwards, start taking positions to warm up and catch their breath.
Myung sits with his legs wide apart while Haneul sits in front of him, their bodies together, and Myung is required to hold Haneul's upper abdomen while the woman holds her lower abdomen with a propping-like motion, then tries to relax and repeatedly catch her breath according to instructions.
