'As for those two spells, the first one is just a zero-tier spell called 'Soul Catcher,' and it can allow the wielder to enslave low mortal souls. You can even use this spell to control one or two undead skeletons. The corresponding first-tier spell is called Soul Bind. Like the other one, it could allow the artifact wielder to enslave the dead spirits for some time. That's it. There are no second-tier spells.'
