Henry watched as Zafir was wide-eyed when Stella caressed his burned cheek, as she said that she would regret causing the scars on his face her whole life.
"It's not your fault my lady. I would be fine. So please do not concern yourself about me," Zafir turned away as if not liking that Stella was touching the scars. But his eyes had sadness in them. He turned away so Stella wouldn't notice and be bothered by it.
"I'm sorry, does it still hurt?" Stella misunderstood.
"No. It's fine now. His Holiness completely healed my body except for these," Zafir touched his scars too.
"Father, Brother, would you love me less if I had these scars instead?" Stella turned to them and suddenly asked.
Both Henry and Hendrick were wide-eyed. The image of Stella with those burnt scars on her face popped up in their mind and they didn't like it. They don't want her to ever have a scar on her face which was exactly why they took great care of her.
