Emperor Victor sighed as he thought of what was going on. He was having a meeting with the Grand Magus and Conrad.
Victor had made up his mind to pass the throne to Conrad once the latter gets married. However, they were currently distressed about the wedding that would soon take place in Valyenor.

"Henry had feigned ignorance so far. He said that Hendrick was in love with the lady which was why he chose Lady Alina Brixven," Victor relayed. He simply knew it was doubtful.
