'What would happen to the story's plot now? Is this supposed to be a quirk of fate working in my favor or the exact opposite?' Stella wondered as she melted in her chair.
Then she realized something. Hendrick's facial expression wasn't right. He doesn't look happy at all. He looked like he was pondering what he should do.
"Brother, why don't you look happy?" she dared to ask. Everyone turned to look at Hendrick once again and they realized she was right.
He was silent for a few seconds as if weighing is he should say what he had in mind or not.
"I, I changed my mind."
"Huh?!!" Everyone gawked at him.
"I won't be marrying Lady Alina anymore since you don't approve of her. So don't be hate me. Okay?" Hendrick said and Stella gawked at him in disbelief.
"Brother, that's not it. I was just tired yesterday. I'm sorry if I was mean to you," Stella apologized and Hendrick brightened. But he was wrong if he thought she was calm.
