Colin walks into my room with a smile on his face.
I know he is happy that I am here but there is this part of me that knows I shouldn't even be here.
I might have pushed all the feelings away, but the memories are still there. I close my eyes and I can remember that night. I remember the whole thing so much that I have become numb to it.
"Good morning," he chirps as he closes the door behind him.
His hair is a curly mess on his head, and he is shirtless. His eyes are bright and happy. He looks so young. I can't remember the last time I saw a smile on Colins face around me.
Ever since Roman's death, they have all been walking on eggshells around me.
"Why are you so happy so early in the morning?' I ask him with an eyeroll.
He chuckles as he jumps on the mess that is my bed. Memories of last night with Walker flash through my mind and I feel myself smiling.
