I open my eyes and everywhere is dark and cold. I can't even see where I am right now, the room feels very dainty. I try to sit up and my hands feel heavy like I am too heavy for my body. I feel like I am going to fall over. I part my lips open and they are very dry.
Everything that happened suddenly springs to mind. The ambush at the pack, the warlocks, the fight with them, and how I lost. Lo being alone in that room. I don't even know how this happened but I feel like the shittiest person ever. I couldn't protect Tala; I couldn't protect Lo and I couldn't protect myself.
They took me but I don't even know why.
