I see the glow in the man's eyes and I don't hesitate as I turn. I am terrified of him but I need to at least try to fight him. He has a knife in his hand and I can see it glinting in the light of the fire. I am so scared I don't know what to do. My wolf comes out running and I brace myself for the attack. The man just smiles as I jump across the burning fire to him. His knife strikes me but I manage to dodge it. I am still running as I reach him and he stabs me in the back, this time I can feel the pain.
"You shouldn't bother trying, you can't win this,'' he says as he gestures for the other man that is with him to come and finish me off. I focus on both of them. There are two things I could do.
1. Run away and never look back.
2. try and fight them off, even though I know I might not be able to win.
