Do I know if I actually like listening to this? I mean, I am the one that asked him, so I shouldn't be so upset that he is telling me how in love he was with her. At the end of the day, she was his mate, so that was expected but this is not something that I really want to hear.
He is still talking and I like the fact that he is opening up to me. This is all I can actually ask for. His transparency and he is giving it to me. It should feel good but I am not happy that he loved her so much.
He stops talking for a second and I realize that I wasn't even looking at him anymore. "Is this too much?'' he manages, his voice husky and I sense that he is nervous.
