I walk out of my room with Khalid in my grip. I can hear my dad's and uncle Darrien's voices in the dining room. Khalid is hesitant about joining us for breakfast but after last night and everything that we shared, I want him to be part of my family, and this is my family.
"He hurt my kid, men I don't think I can just let it go,'' Uncle Darrien speaks up and I am sure he is talking about Roman.
"Yeah, Colin called me, he might not have intentionally hurt her. They think something is wrong with him." My papa speaks up, replying to his brother.
"I don't give a shit, if I see that bastard, I will kill him, and you know I don't play brother."
He is angry, that much I can gather from his tone. I don't blame him but at the same time, he needs to calm down. I walk into the dining room, and they all look up at me with Khal in my grip.
