"I don't even understand why everyone is so in my case right now. I broke up with her. It was my decision. Why is it such a big deal?" he turns to me, and his eyes are cold with harsh words. "You wanted me to focus on the plan, which is what I am doing. What else do you want from me?" he asks me directly and it sounds like he is somehow blaming me for his decisions.
Colm pushes away from me and goes back to him. Hitting him again. It is almost like Roman doesn't even want to fight him off. Like he wants to take the beating--like he thinks he somehow deserves it.
"Stop Colm, this is not the best thing to do in this situation."
"He is an asshole, I need to kill him,'' Colm retorts, still hitting him. His face is red but there's no blood or broken bones yet—just some swelling around his eye socket. He keeps punching him with no regard for the damage he would cause. Once Roman finally passes out, he lets go of him.
