"You're taking my son again,'' Beau grumbles but I can tell he is not going to fight me on this. He knows he has no claim on the man that is everything to me. Col is mine and he can't fight this anymore--especially since we are now mated. We are outside the house; the car is parked and ready.
"Do you have any problem with that?" I ask him. My tone is harsh, I am fucking pissed because I thought he would be on my side. I thought I finally had people in my corner but at the same time, I can't blame him. He needs to do what is best for him and his people.
