Lowell
We are seated on a chair and he is so engrossed in the display above us. I don't know why I feel this sense of accomplishment from something so small. This is not the biggest thing but the way he has been smiling from ear to ear has just been everything.
"Look,'' he points at one of the stars on display.
He is beaming brightly and I just stare in awe. I follow his gaze and see that he is pointing at the North Star. I smile and lean back in my chair, content to just stare at the stars with him. We sit in silence for a while, just enjoying each other's company and the beauty of the night sky. Colin has never asked me for too much, but I want to give him the world. I want to be a man that he will be proud of.
"I am so glad you brought me here, I have been wanting to come here for some time now but between work and the pack—there hasn't ever been time to just do it.''
