Jacob was ready to leave. His suitcase was packed and seated by the door. Saint sits with him in his living room, making the final arrangements for their trip. Jacob listens raptly and with utmost concentration as Saint belts out the details of what their lives would look like for the next three months in New York. Jacob points out some things he doesn't like and Saint changes them immediately. Everything was going according to plan. Jacob's spirits were lifted.
