Jasmine opened her eyes because of Dean's touch.
"What should I remember?" Jasmine asked Dean.
Dean got up and walked to the bathroom to clean himself up. Without answering the question asked by Jasmine.
"Why do you always piss me off," Jasmine muttered as she got up and walked towards the balcony.
He took a deep breath and then let it out, trying to calm himself at Dean's attitude towards him. Jasmine also recalled what Dean had said.
Jasmine was still confused about what to remember. Had she met him before in Singapore? She thought so, but she felt she had never met Dean before managing her father's company in Singapore.
"Why would I think about all that? Maybe Dean has misunderstood people," Jasmine said with a sigh.
Jasmine held her stomach, which was already getting hungry. She went into the room and wanted to order food.
However, she was surprised when she saw some of the waiters. Who had just arrived, and they set some of the food menus on the table. After that, the maids left the room.
"Eat. Before the food gets cold," Dean ordered as he sat down and was about to eat the food.
Jasmine walked over, sat down, and started eating the food already on the table. She didn't care about her annoyance with Dean earlier. The most important thing is that she must fill her stomach first to increase her energy.
The two of them ate the food without anyone speaking. The atmosphere was so quiet at night as if no one was in the room.
Dean finished. He stood up and walked to the sofa, opened his netbook, and went back to work. Jasmine couldn't understand whether what was in her mind was work and work. Doesn't he need rest?
"Is there anything else you want?" Dean asked as he watched Jasmine stare at him.
"Not. I did," Jasmine replied as she stood up and walked towards the balcony, as only this place could calm her down a bit.
Dean smiled. He saw Jasmine's face turning red and went straight to the balcony. He pressed a button, it wasn't long before the waiters arrived, and they cleared the table.
The waiters worked quickly, and it didn't take long to reorganize the tables. They excused themselves and closed the door tightly.
The night was getting late, and Jasmine was already in bed reading a book. Occasionally, she glanced at Dean, who was still working. Drowsiness began to cover Jasmine, and she unconsciously fell asleep without keeping her book.
Dean closed his netbook, and he looked at Jasmine, who was already asleep. He picked up the book lying on Jasmine's body and put it on the nightstand.
He gently stroked Jasmine's hair then took a pillow and a thin blanket. Dean walked back to the sofa, and tonight he went back to sleep on the couch.
He had been doing that since the first night they got married because he knew that there was another man in Jasmine's heart, and Jasmine had not forgotten him.
"Why do you only remember that man, while I …," Dean muttered and closed his eyes.
***
Jasmine opened her eyes, and the sunlight was streaming into the room through the curtains. She looked to the side and didn't see Dean. She thought the man had left to attend to his work.
However, what she thought was wrong was because Dean was still fast asleep on the sofa. Jasmine got up and walked closer to the man who had become her husband. She looked at Dean intently, and she felt that the man who was fast asleep was more handsome, but somehow, he became a very annoying man when he woke up.
"At times like this you look different, when you wake up you are so annoying!" Jasmine said as she touched Dean's hair.
Jasmine immediately withdrew her hand, and she was taken aback by what he was doing. Why did she do all that? She immediately got up and walked to the bathroom to do her routine to clean herself. When Jasmine was in the bathroom, Dean smiled as he opened his eyes.
"I will be waiting for you, Jasmine even if it takes a long time," Dean muttered as he opened his eyes.
It didn't take long for Jasmine to come out of the bathroom after finishing her cleaning routine. Her gaze fell on Dean, who was sleeping back on the bed.
She let it all go, and she thought maybe Dean did his work late into the night last night. If she was in Singapore, she might be able to work now, which confused her why Dean brought her to Austria.
Jasmine was about to take the clothes that were in her travel bag. However, she did not find the clothes—just an empty load with no clothes.
She thought for a moment, and then her eyes fell on a cupboard. She shook her head then and said in her heart, and there was no way neatly arranged her clothes. Jasmine stood up and walked over to the cupboard.
She opened the closet door and, sure enough, neatly arranged all her clothes there. As far as she remembers, she hadn't straightened her clothes last night.
"Never mind what I thought about it. Just put it on first," Jasmine muttered and then took the clothes she was going to wear today.
Dean woke up when his cell phone rang, and he took his cell phone, which was tucked away on the table near him, asleep. He saw who contacted him listed Arda's name.
"Hello," Dean said to Arda, who was on the other end of the phone.
He listened to everything Arda said, after which Dean hung up the phone. Sit for a moment to digest what the assistant has said.
Dean walked to the bathroom to clean himself and then get ready. It looks like today will be very busy and tiring. So he couldn't do what he had to do for Jasmine yet.
"Today, I can't accompany you," Dean said to Jasmine after he did with his cleaning routine, and now he was wearing a tie.
"May I come out?" Jasmine asked Dean.
"Do what you want, the most important thing is if something happens, just call me," Dean replied.
After answering that, Dean walked out because people were already waiting for him in the lobby. He wanted to finish all of his work quickly to settle things with Jasmine.
Jasmine was getting ready to go for a walk and look for food or snacks since she hadn't had breakfast yet. However, she had time to think about why she had asked Dean for permission to go outside the hotel.
"You're just getting weirder, Jasmine!" Jasmine said as she walked out of the hotel.
She didn't know that some people were watching him. They are very experienced when it comes to keeping an eye on their prey.
