"Come in," Jasmine said to someone knocking on her bedroom door.
The bedroom door opened, and a maid walked in, "Miss, your mother is waiting for you in the garden."
"Mom? When is she coming home?" Jasmine again asked the maid.
"Last night," answered the waiter shortly.
Jasmine also got up and took her bag and cellphone because she intended to go straight to the company after meeting her mother. She walked out of the room and down the stairs. Jasmine kept walking until finally. Sheed at the garden, and she saw a middle-aged woman sitting casually.
"How are you darling?" asked the middle-aged woman when she saw Jasmine.
"I'm fine. How long will you be in Jakarta?" Jasmine answered then asked another question.
That middle-aged woman was Angela, and she was Jasmine's mother. Her profession as a famous pianist has to leave the princess for a long time.
"Sit down and accompany me for a moment," the mother ordered Jasmine.
Jasmine sat right across from her mother, and she missed the middle-aged woman in front of her. Has Jasmine ever thought about how long her mother will continue to wander for the sake of the music world?
"I'm waiting for an answer from you, ma'am?" Jasmine asked again.
The mother sighed. She stared intently at her daughter, who she had sacrificed for her dream to become a famous pianist.
"From now onwards Mother will always be in this house for you," replied the mother as she touched Jasmine's hand.
"Is this a final decision?" said Jasmine.
"Yes. Mom, will let go of everything," continued the mother.
"I just wanted to see how far Mother would survive being at home," replied Jasmine, who knew exactly how her mother was.
"Want to bet?" the mother asked Jasmine.
The mother wants to show that her decision is final and will not change again. It was enough for her to pursue her dream. It was enough for her to sacrifice her time with her daughter.
They both stopped talking because a servant came and behind her was a man and a woman. Jasmin was a little surprised by what she had just seen and did not expect to meet them.
The man was none other than Caesar, and Camila was beside him. It can seem that at this time, Caesar was surprised because he saw Jasmine sitting with the woman he wanted to meet. However, neither Jasmine nor Caesar quickly changed their faces not to appear that they were both surprised by this encounter.
"Who are you?" Angela asked Caesar and Camila.
"Introduce my name, Camila. I made an appointment to see you this morning," Camila replied gently and respectfully.
"It's you, okay then let's have breakfast together first. After that, we will talk about what you want. It is my daughter, Jasmine," Angela continued while introducing Jasmine.
Angela glanced at Caesar, and Caesar quickly introduced himself. After that, they sat down to enjoy breakfast.
"I'm already late," said Jasmine, who had not finished her breakfast.
"Finish your food first," ordered the mother to Jasmine.
"I'm full, Mom," Jasmine said as she kissed her mother's cheek and then walked away from her with Caesar and Camila.
Jasmine walked to her car, which the driver had prepared. She started the car and drove slowly out of the house. While on the way to the company, several short messages entered her cellphone, but he ignored the short messages because they were from Caesar.
"Who am I? I'm just a stupid woman hoping to get her love. Maybe I should stay away from him," Jasmine muttered as she started her car.
She arrived at the company, and she went straight to her room. She sat in her work chair while looking at some of the documents on the table. There was a knock on the door, and she told the person to come in. The door opened, and a woman walked in. She stopped in her tracks just as she was in front of Jasmine.
"Mr. Adam, waiting for you in his room," said the woman.
"Okay," Jasmine replied as she got up and walked towards her father's room which was not too far from his room.
Jasmine stopped her steps when she was in front of her father's room, and she knocked on the door. She opened the door after hearing her father's voice telling her to come in, and she opened the door.
"Sit down," ordered the father who saw his daughter had entered the room.
"Did dad call me? Is there work I need to do?" Jasmine asked after she sat down on the sofa.
"It's enough that you act stupid and I hope you can stay away from it," replied the father while looking at his daughter.
The father again said that the man was not good for Jasmine and only took advantage of him. He said everything he already knew about the man, and he would not let Jasmine be with him.
"What do you mean, Dad?" Jasmine asked.
"Open it and have a look," the father said as he handed Jasmine a brown envelope.
Jasmine opened the envelope, and she saw all the contents. She was shocked to see several photos of her with Caesar and Caesar with other women besides Camila.
She was speechless with what she had seen, and she knew for sure that many women often approached Caesar. However, for some reason. Her heart was already attached to the man, and her love for him grew even more significant.
"Dad, I love him," Jasmine said to her father.
"Are you stupid? He's a guy who's always with other women, and you love him?" said the father, who did not understand the daughter.
Jasmine was silent when her father said that. She also wondered if she was stupid? Was the love she had a mistake?
"I've decided you should stay away from him and get rid of all your stupid love," said the father in a pressing tone.
