{What's up with all the scary guys looking at me today?} wondered Arya, before heading out of his room to escape the mysterious gaze.
"Master Arya, where are you going?" asked the maid stationed outside his room.
"For a walk, or is that not allowed?"
"M-May I accompany you?" she asked in reply. Arya guessed that it must've been her job to keep an eye on him, if anything happened she would probably be blamed for it, so he obliged to her following him around.
{Is it because electricity has not yet been discovered here? The use of torches seems like quite the nuisance to me,} thought Arya as a few wisps of smoke from a nearby torch attacked his nose.
He was trying his best to make sure he avoided the Minister, although he couldn't quite understand why, it was as if his instincts were telling him that no good could arise from meeting the man. So Arya headed towards the courtyard just behind the manor.
