Eric immediately rushed to the scene of the accident. When he arrived, the police were still searching the area for clues.
"Mr. Brown," the officer in charge recognized Eric as soon as he arrived.
"Any leads?" Eric asked.
The officer had already run a check on the plate number and discovered that it belonged to Emily White, CEO of Steam. So he was surprised to see Eric showing concern. After all, the two companies could be considered competitors, even if they seemed to have some cooperation.
"Nothing yet. We're trying to verify whether Miss White was injured before being taken away," the officer said.
"Alright. If you need any help, let me know. ABM will provide any necessary assistance," Eric said.
The officer thanked him, but he couldn't help but feel that Eric's concern was more than just business-related.
Eric then immediately called Jim. "Did you find anything?" he asked.
