That day Emily left the company early as there was not much work. When her car passed the house next to hers, she noticed that people were moving furniture into the building.
"It seems you would have a neighbour soon," the driver commented as he drove past.
"It seems so," Emily did not pay attention to it; after all, she had noticed that the house had been under renovation for more than two weeks. They even worked late into the night. She wondered if her new neighbour had just moved to Qua to make him desperate to finish the renovation. Even if she left the company early, it was almost eight pm when she got home, yet furniture was moved.
"Uncle Rob," Emily met Jude standing outside the door.
"Welcome," Jude had a proud smile playing on his lips.
"You seem happy?" Emily raised her brows. Jude did not say anything and quietly led her into the house.
