After playing for another hour, Emily and Wilfred were ready to leave. They were not going to spend the night in the resort anyway.
Eric and Annabel also decided to leave, so they agreed to meet and have dinner together as agreed earlier. They did not come together, so they left the resort in two cars.

"No," Emily shook her head. It is not that she never thought of learning to use her right hand; it is just that her left hand was always accurate. If she had used her left hand during the game, she would have calculated and got just enough points to win.
