"your father went to the hospital, I hear he is trying to have another child with your mother," Jin said. He could not understand why the father and son would suddenly turn against each other. The Brown family had never had a family scandal. They were like every regular family, although he could not say they were close but they looked fine.
"My mother is already too old, pregnancy is risky for her," Eric frown his brows. He had said those words at dinner to annoy his father he never expected him to take it seriously.
"Your mother would not be carrying the pregnancy," Jin said. When Eric heard this he was relieved after all he did not want anything to happen to his mother. Although, they were not close, she was his mother and he knew she cared about him.
"Have they found someone?" Eric asked. He suddenly felt that it would not be a bad idea for his father to have another child. Perhaps, he would have some breathing space.
"Not yet," Jin shook his head.
