"Miss White," Mr Ford finally looked at Emily. He did not care in the beginning because he assumed that Eric only bought a female companion but since Eric remembered to introduce her, it showed his stand.
"Mr Ford," Emily took his hand that was already streached out. She did not expect Eric to really create opportunities for her to grow her connection. As the two conversed, Eric even pulled her into the conversation from time to time.
Emily was pleased with this, she suddenly realized that Eric was sincere when he invited her. It was not only Mr Ford who had ignored her when they saw them together, a few other did the same but each time, Eric would introduce him.
Emily was not stupid, seeing the way this people treated Eric she knew that it was not because of ABM. Eric must have some identity to be able to flow with this people.
