Mandy's Diary Today
There wasn't much to do with George these days other than to spend time wandering around his sister's boutique, going for a cup of espresso at Marina's, and him driving me home because his boss called an emergency.
He pressed the horn of his car, as soon as the pile of black machines drove slowly out of my yard and disappeared behind a metal gate that moved automatically. I pursed my lips sideways, looking once more at the bag containing the dress of my dreams. For some reason imagining its shape made me smile to myself like a lunatic. My eyeballs rolled upwards looking up at the ceiling; rather I'm dreaming of remembering the silly times of my high school first. I did not expect, after the ribbon I dropped, he also gave me a surprise by presenting the dress of my dreams.
