Dave couldn't believe what he was seeing as numerous pieces of equipment were getting moved into his garage.
When Clark said he had done some looking into all the pieces of gym equipment that he needed, he thought he was talking about a few pieces of equipment, he didn't expect them to be this much.
"All these things are not going to fit in here," Dave said.
"Yeah but we're going to make sure the bigger and more important ones fit and there should also be enough space for you to be able to use them," Clark said.
Clark was quite a good-looking young man; you could even say he was more handsome compared to Dave.
He was a little taller than Dave, had black hair and a pair of blue eyes to go with that, and he also had very broad shoulders.
"Well, since you don't park your car here, this will be a good use for it," Emma said, walking closer to Dave.
"Yeah," Dave said as he watched the men bring in the pieces of gym equipment.
The treadmill, exercise ball, smith machine, leg press machine, exercise bike, leg curl, leg extension, and lots of other equipment.
"Hey, come let me show you something," Clark said as he gave Dave a tap before heading to the back of the Van.
Both Dave and Emma followed him to the back of the van where two of the men in the van were handing him some kind of machine.
"That was heavier than I expected," Clark said after slowly dropping the machine on the ground.
The machine looked like a dodgeball shooter but it was quite different in its own way.
It had the structure of a dodgeball shooter but the lower part of the machine was covered for some reason.
"What's that?" Dave asked strangely looking at the machine.
"Well, this is going to play a big role in improving you as a goalkeeper," Clark said, smacking the part of the machine that was meant for shooting out balls.
"Okay, but what's the name?" Emma asked.
"This is the ball blaster three thousand," Clark said. "Now guess what it does?"
"It blasts balls," Emma said.
"Yeah, I guess the name gave it away but let's go see how it works," Clark said, pushing the ball blaster toward Dave's lawn.
It had wheels so moving it around wasn't really a problem.
"So how does it work?" Dave asked.
"We need to fill it up first but before that, we'll have to set up the goalpost, the materials are in the van," Clark said, pointing backward.
"Okay, I think I should return inside and finish what I was doing," Emma said, turning to hear back inside.
"Yeah, you should, we would probably be starving at the end of this," Clark said.
It didn't take long for the two men to finish setting up the goalpost on the lawn and now it was time to test out the ball blaster.
The goalpost wasn't the size of a regular goal post but it was way larger than a mini goal post.
The moving men were done moving all the pieces of equipment Clark had bought and had zoomed off in their van now.
"Where are you going to put those balls?" Dave asked, pointing at the long and transparent plastic bag which was filled with about eight balls and was lying on the ground.
The balls weren't the size of normal footballs, they were the size of what you would call mini footballs.
"Here," Clark said, kicking the lower part of the machine.
"Huh?" Dave said with a confused expression on his face.
Clark didn't reply to him as he bent down beside the machine and with a click of the button by the side, the lower part of the machine had opened.
The button was black just like the rest of the machine's parts so Dave couldn't really see it.
Inside the machine, the battery could be seen by the side with a lot of other components but the reason why Clark had opened the machine was because of the long white tube which ran from down there to the upper part of the machine.
"Oh…. That's where the balls go." Dave said.
"Yeah, go put on your gloves so we can test them out," Clark said, pulling the bags of balls closer.
"Okay," Dave said quickly making his way inside.
"Are you guys done?" Emma asked as soon as she saw Dave enter the house.
"No, not yet," Dave said, running upstairs.
"Okay," Emma muttered to herself as she turned to continue what she was doing.
It didn't take long before Dave came downstairs with his boots and gloves.
"Hey, babe it seemed like you were about to tell me something before Clark called me, what was it that you wanted to tell me?" Dave asked after stopping in front of the kitchen.
"Hey, I thought you were doing something outside, go finish what you're doing, I'll tell you later." Emma quickly turned to him to say.
"So it's nothing to be worried about?"
"No, not at all." She said, shaking her head.
"Okay," Dave said before quickly making his way out of the house.
He got outside to see that all the balls in the plastic bag were gone and he didn't need anyone to tell him that they were inside the machine now.
It didn't take long before he was putting on his boots and gloves and was standing in front of the goalpost now.
"Are you ready?" Clark asked from behind the machine.
"Yeah," Dave said as he stretched himself to touch the crossbar.
"Okay, I'm just going to set this to level two," Clark muttered to himself as he clicked the number two button.

"I'm going to ask again, are you ready?" Clark asked again.
"Yeah," Dave said with a nod.
"Okay," Clark said as he pushed the big red start button.
As soon as he had clicked the start button, the blaster cannon of the machine had slowly begun to move and before Dave knew it, a ball had been shot out to the top left corner.
Dave didn't even know when the ball was shot out as he was pinned to the spot.
"Just so we're on the same page, you have twenty seconds to get up and get ready for the next ball," Clark said.
"It's not funny Clark," Dave grumbled.
The next ball was shot out after twenty seconds and this time Dave was ready for it.
It was shot a little closer to him at the right side and all Dave needed to do was stick his leg out to block it.
"Nice save," Clark said.
"Thanks," Dave said as he quickly got back up on his feet.
The next ball was shot at the same spot and was also an easy save for Dave.
"That's two out of three now," Dave said as he quickly got back on his feet.
"Yeah, you're doing great," Clark said.
The next shot ball wasn't an easy one as the machine had placed it at the upper left corner and although he had dived toward it, he just couldn't get a hand to it.
"Waooh that was a tough one to keep out," Clark said, shaking his head.
Dave let out a deep sigh as he slowly got up from the ground.
The left side of the post was his weak side and
balls placed at the top corners of the left side were almost impossible for him to stop.
The fifth ball was placed at the bottom right corner and although he had gotten a hand to it, he wasn't able to keep out.
"That's two out of five now," Clark said.
Again Dave didn't say anything to him as he got up on his feet again.
The sixth shot was placed at the right corner with just a little elevation and all he needed to knock it out.
"Okay, three out of six. Clark said.
The seventh ball was placed at the top right corner and just like the first one, Dave was pinned to the spot as the ball went in.
"Damn it," Dave muttered under his breath.
"Last one's coming," Clark said.
"Last one?" Dave said.
"Yep," Clark said with a nod.
"I've kept out three which means I need to keep out this one to complete the quest," Dave muttered to himself.
The next ball was shot out toward the top right corner and this time, he was ready for it.
He dived toward the ball with his right hand but he was only able to get the tips of his glove to it as the ball smashed through it and fell into the net.
[ Quest Failed ]
"Damn it!" He yelled as he slammed his fist into the ground.
