Instead of keeping me locked up all day in my room, suddenly Anna came to my room. She asked me to go with her and work in her office. I thought it was their office. Anna forced me to go with her until I ended up heading for her office in the tesla.
"Why don't you just let me stay at home?" I protest.
"Have you ever been to college?" Anna gazed at me. The way she looked at me from the first time we met didn't change—a look of hate and anger. Anna never showed me her smile line.
"I only went to high school, but my sister is in mid-year college!"
"I was asking about you, not your sister!"
I choked. Anna is freezing. She's not as friendly as she looks. Maybe they will judge Anna as a nice classy woman, the way she walks is very graceful. But for me? Anna is the worst.
After a few minutes, I got out of the car. My head looked up at the skyscraper that was designed solidly. The company's name is written near the entrance.
"Mike Gold? Really? Is this Mike's company?" I looked at Anna
"The company owns my husband!" Anna put pressure on her words. I shrug my shoulders, wanting to reply to Anna's words too, and ask her to realize that I too am Mike's mate.
Although I'm not sure what my duty as a mate is to Mike. I followed Anna's footsteps from behind. It's difficult for me to be outside. I still grieve in my confusion.
The situation forced me to stand firm, forced me to endure as hard as I could with the life I had. My pack has always despised me. Getting insulted all my life is difficult for me to go through.
A woman immediately approached Ana; they gave greetings bowing their heads. Anna must be highly respected in this place.
"Take Ava to her study!" Anna gave the order to the woman
"This way, Ava!" the woman said to me.
I stared at Anna for a long time, like why Anna had to tell me to separate from her. Why does Anna want me to go with this foreign woman?
"Everyone in this office is my subordinates! Can you not overdo it?" Anna quipped at the awkwardness I felt,
I rolled my eyes lazily. "Okay!" I also followed the woman's steps
"I'm Bella! I'll take you to meet your other friends! I hope you enjoy your time!"
"Thanks Bella!" I said
Bella led me into a room at the back; at least I was down the hall to the rear, far from the employees' room. Bella opened the door of a room, and several people were already in the room.
They wear the same uniform, blue, and they look free to combine the uniform with jeans or other pants that don't feel formal at all. They weren't like the employees I passed by.
"Terry, come here!" Bella raised her hand in the air to call out to someone.
"Yeah, Miss Bella? Is there anything I can help with?" said the woman with tan skin. Her hair is black in a shortcut.
"From today onwards, Ava will be cleaning service to clean up the northern wing of the office! Guide her in the first week!" Bella gives orders
I'm stunned, wait!
Sorry, it looks like I heard wrong! What do you mean by cleaning the office?" I furrowed my brow in confusion.
"Oh, your job as a Cleaning Service! Of course you clean this office, Ava!" Bella smiled without feeling sorry for me

I was pensive in front of the mirror, staring at my reflection, who was wearing my work uniform. I ended up like this when I thought my job was more worth it. What is the purpose of Anna making me like this?
"Ava? Is there any problem? Doesn't that uniform fit you?" Terry came over to me. She stood behind me, smiling.
I think Terry is friendly. Somehow, she already seemed very familiar with me. Maybe because we are the same age, she seems to have a cheerful personality.
"its okay! This uniform fits me! I just feel awkward, I mean this is my first job!"
"Oh! Good for you, are you in a program to become independent? Or try something new? Did you run away from your house?" Terry hit me with his question
"What?"
"Yeah, I have lots of friends like you. They try to be independent, or run away from home! Let me guess, were you spoiled by your parents?"
"Not really! I'm just used to being in my room!" I say honestly
Terry was silent for a moment; she then smiled while nodding her head. "Okay, I understand now! I've already decided; it looks like we'll be good friends!"
Terry led me to the room we had to clean. She taught me a few things until I got used to handling cleaning tools. However, I'm not very expert. I accidentally pushed my mop handle forward and hit one of the passers-by.
"Unlucky! Don't you have eyes? You got my shoes wet!" the man shouted at me.
"Sir, pardon my friend! She's new here!" Terry came straight to me.
"Oh, I don't care about that! She made that disgusting mop on my favorite shoe! Clean my shoes now!" the man gave the order.
I shook my head; why would I do something that would lower my self-esteem? The man was getting more furious to see me shaking my head; he suddenly splashed my face with his iced coffee.
"Oh, God!" Terry squealed in surprise
"Damn you! Clean my shoes now!" the man thrust his foot at me while I was still dumbfounded because my entire face felt sticky from the coffee water.
"What are you doing?" said a familiar voice. It was Mike, and as he approached, the man suddenly became very polite.
