Odin, allfather, and king of the gods. A being of great power.... And a fool. The one thing he feared was the fateful day of the prophecy.
The day the era of Gods will fall. The prophet of death spoke of: "All light will vanish from the land. Titans will rise and walk the earth. Destroying anything and anyone in their path. And a battle between the Titans and gods for seven hundred years will commence. Fenrir, will swallow the allmighty Odin whole, and there will be nothing but flames."
But before the Prophet of death could finish Odin goes to do everything in his power to alter his fate.
Odin then imprisons Fenrir in a far away place. And other monsters and mystical beings that was in the prophecy.
And finally he wages war with the frost giants to annihilate them all. After the gods defeated the frost giants the Prophet of death appears before Odin once more.
"You have disturbed the balance of humanity. Now you must pay the price! The lands will forever be covered in snow, and humanity will never see the light again. Titans will walk the earth and cause chaos all across the lands. Heed this warning old fool!: A demi-goddess will come and destroy both the Titans and the gods themselves. This is what happens when you alter destiny."
And for the next seven hundred years the gods we're at war with the Titans.
That is until the promised heroine arrives, however long that may be.

Deep in the underworld the Prophet of death is inside a dark room. The only thing giving off light is a golden image of a girl hold a giant spear.
"Oh, Odin." She says studying the image closely. She pulls out a pair of scissors and a golden thread.
"You old fool. You have no idea of what you have started." The golden image changes to towns, villages, and large settlements being destroyed by Titans. She cuts a thread before the image changes once again.
"Atleast..... He isn't free yet.
