Kenzo watched all of Reina's behavior as well as what Reina was doing from a distance through a trusted confidant who was paid to secretly follow Reina. Even Kenzo knew about the house that had moved. Kenzo didn't get angry or objected to it at all because it was natural for someone to feel threatened and hide or move.
"I will wait for the right time to meet Reina because right now it is still far from being the right word after what happened last time. I have to be more careful if I don't want Reina to be traumatized."
Kenzo felt guilty because the order at that time to find Reina and bring the girl to Kenzo ended in an incident that made Reina feel traumatized and scared. Kenzo didn't mean to scare Reina from his men but in fact it scared Reina. Even Aunt Shelena was worried about Reina's condition so she immediately moved house.
