But Gail would live forever.
And his family wouldn't.
Which was why-
Lately- he looked at the sky-
And lamented from time to time.
On top of that- his wife took up on a rather nasty bet.
And so far- she was losing…
Both in terms of popularity and in terms of her acting quality.
She didn't have much time either.
'If this keeps up-'
They'd have to run.
And though he knew she wouldn't-
He just had to-
He just had to do something and-
Even if it meant- dragging her to the damn space ship and-
"Da-da-" Rin walked on her chubby toes- almost falling but not quite falling-
She poked Gail's feet- chuckling.
Damn cute- as Gail put it.
"Hi there- sweetie-" Gail picked her up. "Don't pee on me."
She chuckled some more.
She understood a lot of things, apparently.
