Mike took Nada to his favorite daughter's bedroom. He frantically just sat on the edge of the bed, looking at Nada with lowered eyes, a sign that he really couldn't bear to see his daughter lying helplessly like this.
"Nada… wake up dear. This is dad, dad is already beside you."
Mike clenched his fists in his lap, genuinely sorry to feel this way, but that didn't make him frantic to blame himself.
