Alex is now dealing with Mike at the request of Nada to explain to his biological father.
Alex also first let Nada go back to rest after being given medicine by the nurse which may have a side effect of feeling sleepy, and sure enough, Nada is currently sleeping soundly, it can be seen from the look on her face when she sleeps that looks peaceful.
Sitting side by side with Nada's father, wasn't something that scared, tensed, or even shrunk his guts. Quite the contrary, Mike is an excellent father figure when it comes to welcoming someone who is a friend or has another close status with his child.
