Qiao Mei and Yan Xi exchanged glances. Qiao Mei did not expect to run into Yan Xi here and to cause him so much trouble. Yan Xi nodded slightly to reassure Qiao Mei. As long as he was around, Sixth High would not malign Qiao Mei.
Whenever Zhang Chao came back during the school holidays, he would study at Yan Xi's house. Yan Xi had a lot of books at home and they filled up at least three rooms. Zhang Chao's results for this semester had improved by leaps and bounds and he even told Li Gui that he wanted to try and skip one grade. This was all thanks to Yan Xi teaching him well.
"There must still be people who don't believe in Qiao Mei's ability. How about this, I'll set a few questions on the blackboard and let her answer them. Do you agree?" Yan Xi asked.
