He Ning and his attendant did not go far. Instead, they stood just outside the wall of the Xia family's house. Not long after, they could smell a nice fragrance coming from the kitchen.
The attendant secretly swallowed his saliva. Now he understood why He Ning was unwilling to leave the Xia family's house. However, did He Ning intend to just stand outside the wall and smell the fragrance?
