"My Dear... wake up, come on. That's your friends have arrived," whispered Sekar while gently stroking the top of the girl's head to try to wake her, who was now fast asleep.
"Hmmm?" mumbled Lia when she sensed someone was waking her.
"Lia, let's get up. They already here," repeated Sekar so Lia could fully wake up.
"Hmmm? Who's coming, Mom?" asked Lia, still muttering because she could not get rid of the rest of the sleepiness. But out of respect for her Mother, she slowly tried to get up from her bed even though she wasn't fully awake.
"Hoaammhh… who's coming, Mom?" the girl asked again, rubbing her eyes slowly.
"Well, your friends, please. You want to get ready to go to Evan's event."
Hearing those words, instantly Lia's eyes opened wide. She glanced at the clock on the wall. It was already half past two in the afternoon. And it was then that he realized that she had been asleep for a long time since she had come home with Evan.
