Clara’s POV
I was done.
Everything around me had been taken because of the Cross Pack.
Everything around me had been destroyed because of their greed!
The warmth of the magic from the stones seemed to burrow its way into my heart. With the power of two stones already in my hands, I had called upon the Alpha Stone, and it had come to me without hesitation.
Perhaps this was what Jeremy had tried to tell me before. This was what he had claimed happened with the Healing stone.
I had now bonded with all three of them.
“Don’t run in fear now, James!” I chuckled as I watched him crawl backwards on the ground with terror in his eyes. “This is what your pack wanted for so long!”
“Clara!” Sonny’s voice was calling out to me, but he felt so far away.
The swirling mass of energy felt amazing in my grasp. It was like a warm blanket coating me and protecting me from whatever was set on harming me. I felt nothing but power.
