The darkness has covered the land where the air is enveloped in silence creating an eerie atmosphere and spooky air.
As Jisoo walks out of her room, she immediately noticed that there is a strange and oppressing aura in the air. It's like there is someone watching her every move while hiding in the shadows.
Suddenly, Jisoo's eyes changed in color.
First, it was blue then she began looking around the area while standing near the railing of the second floor where her room is.
Then she frowned as her eyes turned green.
She then looks around the place and a slight sneer appears on her mouth.
She then began to rummage in her backpack and take out a few items in them and put them in her pocket.
Jisoo took a step back as she was about to jump down from the railing when the door in the other room suddenly opened.
"Doctor Sung…" Arthur walks out and frowns when he saw what Jisoo is about to do.
"She is not thinking of jumping from the 2nd floor, right?" He thought as he found her action a bit absurd.
"Ah… Mr. Tang… You're still awake." Jisoo stood straight and nods her head to greet the man.
"You seem to be going somewhere…" he asked with a smile.
"Hmm… Well, I'll be doing some ghost hunting…" she said with a smile.
When Arthur heard this, he feels a bit weird. He is someone who believes in ghosts, as he had seen them before. But thinking that this woman would be going alone and hunting, made him feel a bit worried.
"Ghost? Why so? Are there really ghosts here?" he asked while looking around.
"Hmm… We'll first go to the ancestral tombs…" she said as she decides to walk down the stairs.
The two soon reach the tombs and an eerie atmosphere envelops them as a thick smog covered the whole place.
"Why is there thick smog in here?" Arthur muttered as he walks beside Jisoo.
She also frowned and began searching the area. Her eyes then turned blue. And this time she stopped walking and glared at an area near the end of the path they are walking on.
She did not hesitate to bite the tip of her finger and then concentrate her Reiki in the blood that is about to seep out.
Then without hesitation, she quickly wrote something in the air which made glowing letters.

Something seems to have hit them at that time and Jisoo was sent flying to the side.
Arthur frowned as he did not see anything at that time and felt a bit worried as Jisoo was sent to a location where there is a thick mist around it.
"Doctor Sung!" he called but he frowned when no one answered.
He quickly ran to where she was thrown and when he arrives there, he found no one.
Then suddenly, he feels that something may have hit him from behind making him stagger for a bit.
"What the…" he grumbled as he looks around.
However, Arthur still found nothing.
This time, he puts his hand in his pocket and grabbed something from inside it.
It was a ring.
The ring looks simple in design and seems to be made of wood and jade. The intricate dragon design on the ring makes it looks really mysterious.
When Arthur wore the ring, his eyes suddenly glowed a bit then he looks in the direction where he is being hit.
He then could clearly see an apparition in front of him.
The apparition looks like a soldier with a sword and a shield on hand. The soldier looks like a zombie with his figure only consisting of flesh that has already stuck to his bones.
From what he could see, this soldier may have died centuries ago and it may have been an arrow to his head.
He was suddenly startled when that apparition suddenly swings its sword toward his head.
Arthur ducks without hesitation and the blade passes just above his head.
He then gathered his Qi and punches the gut of the apparition. But before his fist could connect, it was suddenly blocked by a wooden shield that the apparition is holding.
Bam!!!
The ghost soldier was sent staggering by a few steps.
This made Arthur frown as he did not expect that the ghost shield that the soldier is holding is able to stop his Qi.
The soldier did not hesitate to take a stance and then swing its sword again. This time, the ghost soldier seems to be emitting a strong killing intent, unlike the first time it attacked.
It seems that it recognized Arthur as a worthy enemy.

Its sword attacked Arthur as he dodges nimbly. Then he discovers that every time he was supposed to be hit by its blade, a light would appear just inches away from his body.
After a few exchanges, Arthur was once again sent staggering to the ground by that strong shield. Without that shield, he could have taken down that thing earlier on.
He grits his teeth and quickly ran toward the fog.
The ghost soldier was a bit confused but then it suddenly chases after its opponent.
"Let's see if this works…" Arthur thought as he suddenly kicks the ground and sent his figure high up in the air.
Right at that moment, the ghost soldier enters the fog.
Arthur's body landed right on top where the arrow is protruding from the ghost soldier's head. Without hesitation, he punches.
Wham!
He could feel a strange sensation entering his body as he punches the arrow.
With that hit, the arrow flew past the ghost soldier's head and disappears.
In turn, the ghost soldier suddenly crumbled to the ground and he heard a loud cry from outside the catacombs.
It was like a wailing cry of a ghost.
The mists around him slowly dissipate and he could now see a clear path.
"Where is Doctor Sung…?" he thought as he checked his surroundings.
Then he noticed that more of the catacombs also began to clear up as another ghastly wail was heard outside.
At this time, Jisoo walks out from a corner and patted the dust on her clothes.
"Oh, you're still alive… and you have a nice artifact there…" Jisoo showed a hint of a surprise as she looks at Arthur.
In fact, she feels a bit surprised that he has such an artifact that has the ability to touch ethereal forms.
"Well, let's continue to hunt…" she said as she continues walking deeper into the catacombs.
The two are like a pair of wraiths bringing demise to the ghosts around them.
Every time Jisoo hears the ghastly wails outside, she would wear a big smile on her face.

She has already known that there are actually people outside the ancestral manor of the Tangs. And those people are actually ghost-herding this place for some time now. The number of ghosts they have controlled could be numbered to a hundred and she knew that if these ghosts escaped this place then it would be a danger to the citizen of this place.
"Isn't this fun?" she suddenly muttered as she could feel the necklace she is wearing is already brimming with Reiki.
She did not hesitate to change the necklace and continue the hunt.
By this time, Arthur is showing a weird expression on his face as he follows the woman.
"It seems that she has a weird hobby…" he thought.
The two soon reach the end of the path and the eerie atmosphere is already gone.
"Hmm… They have stopped? Or should I say, they wanted to change their strategy?" she thought.
Since the ghosts are now gone, the two walked out of the catacombs.
"Sigh… I guess the reason why no one is staying here is true because of those ghosts…" Arthur suddenly said as they walked out of the first level of the catacombs.
"Hey, how many floors does the catacomb have?" Jisoo asked.
"Only two… the lower floors is where the old martyrs are buried. They are not part of the Tang family though." He said.
"I guess, those ghosts we encountered came from down there…" Arthur said as he thought about it.
"Yep, but… I think it would become more interesting tomorrow night…" Jisoo said with a smile.
Arthur's mouth began twitching after hearing that.
For some reason, the place they are staying is being attacked by the ghost and the mist in the area seems to be unable to penetrate the area.
This is the only time that Arthur has discovered this phenomenon as he saw that the mist seems to have been stopped by something which surrounds the two-story building.
Seeing his confusion, Jisoo smiled and then explained.
"This is considered as hallowed ground. This morning I noticed that the formation in this place has been disturbed, so I decide to arrange it back…" she said.
"You mean…"
"Just remember that in the future, this place should not be touched…" Jisoo pointed at the two-story building.
Arthur did not say anything else as they two walked to the second floor.
"Doctor Sung… You're… wounded." Arthur suddenly noticed a trace of blood seeping on her left side covered by her backpack.
She frowned for a bit then tried to look at her side.
Suddenly she felt his strong hand grabbing her arm and dragging her to his room.
Jisoo was in a daze as she was dragged inside.
Arthur carefully helped her remove her backpack.
Jisoo did not say anything and followed his words.
She looks calm but her heart is actually beating really fast.
Then Arthur noticed the blush on her ears when he looks at her. He now realized that what he just did is very ambiguous. In fact, all he wanted was to treat her wounds and nothing else. But for some reason, his actions became confusing and they seem to be a bit forceful.
It's like he is trying to force her to do something.
When he realized this, he stopped and then took a step back.
"This… is this part of her spell… Damn it!" he suddenly thought as his eyes glowed in suspicion.
