Xyle lay on his back looking up at the ceiling. It was still dark out but growing closer to dawn. He wasn't exactly tired, though he had slept a bit. Nighttime was when he lived life, being awake during the day was odd for him. Not for Nadia, though the pattern would probably change depending.
He glanced down at Nadia who gave a kind of sigh in her light sleep pulling a bit closer to him. Her breath rushed across his side and chest. It shot a harsh awareness through him. The desire to have her again, to get lost in the pleasure of her body was so very strong. Which he wasn't going to deny himself. He'd have her again, he was just letting her rest for a moment. She needed it, her wounds healed. Still her energy was lower, and for her sleep would help with that.
