The goblin hunter named Hayes Julhan Indeed had a family. A wife and a three-year-old daughter. After his death, they were kicked out of their homes due to the rent not being paid and both died in the coming months due to starvation and disease.

A feast! Gorglich had survived thanks to the Habitikashe mushrooms! They were a saving grace. Akira decided to always keep these mushrooms on him at all times in case anything went wrong. Because of his miraculous recovery, they had a feast! Deer meat with newfound salt in the weak storage bag of the adventurer.
After killing the goblin hunter, Akira decided to raid all that he owned. He also found a weak storage bag that held 136 silver coins, 28 copper coins, a spare pair of clothes, and salt. It was a great find, not only did Akira get many resources, but he also got an excuse for his ability to store things if he were to ever need to hide it.
The salt made for an absolutely delicious meal! Everyone laughed as they ate a feast. In addition to everything else Akira had obtained from the storage bag, he also had gotten a soul contract. According to the ring, a soul contract was an item that could be used to make an agreement among two people that cannot be broken. If broken, their soul would be destroyed. It sounded extremely useful, so Akira kept on to it in case it could come in handy anytime soon.

The next day, Akira decided to go and cultivate again, it was of course his main priority. This time he reminded Gorglich to run straight to him if anything were to occur. After arriving at the waterfall, Akira got curious as to why energy felt denser near this area. For the first time, he decided to check out why. After breaking through to the third stage of the qi refinement realm, his ability to sense qi energy was much greater. Akira followed where the qi got denser and denser and it had led him into the water and right in front of the waterfall.
As he floated in the water, he looked at the waterfall that was a dead-end. Right as Akira was about to leave, he saw something shining through on the other side of the waterfall. 'What is that?' Akira thought to himself. He swam through the waterfall and found another cave entrance right on the inside. This surprised Akira quite a bit. "Wow! What is this?" He said before getting on land.
Right inside of the waterfall, the river ended, coming to a cave entrance. On all of the sides, there were rarely and randomly placed gems of all sizes going from five centimeters to six inches in size. The gems seemed to glow slightly and emitted a minuscule amount of qi energy that could barely be noticed.
After a couple of minutes of walking, he had arrived at the bottom of the cave. The cave route opened up to a ginormous cavern. The cavern was over 100 feet in height and was 500 feet in length and width. In the middle of the cavern was a normal-sized lake that was 100 feet in length and width. The lake seemed to glow and seemed sort of luminescent. Down here, the flow of qi energy was denser than ever, and deep inside of the lake a large qi crystal that was 20 feet in height and width could be seen, that was what was making the lake glow.
The entire cavern was bright and looked extremely tropical.
It was set in stone, this would be his new home. Before he brought Garglich and the baby goblins here, Akira decided to see how fast his rate of cultivation was here. Akira started to cultivate and instantly could feel the difference. It was as if he before was breathing in the qi while now he was gulping it down like a heavy liquid.
In just a short two hours, Akira had broken through into the fourth stage of qi refinement. Right as he broke through to the next stage, a message from the ring sounded in his head.
Immediately, Akira used Vision. He could instantly sense every lifeform in a 200-meter distance, it was quite absurd to try and grasp. It was like having multiple eyes everywhere at once within the 200-meter area and being able to see everything at the same time.
It was also quite a lot of information and the last part confused Akira. He realized that he had never really asked anything about the ring itself, so he took this time to do so. "Ring, what are you?" The ring answered.
"What's your purpose?"
"Are you a sentient being?"
"When were you created?"

The ring actually responded to every single one of Akira's questions. He hadn't questioned the ring before so he didn't know that to be true. Seeing how potentially useful this ring could be, Akira asked about the basic information of this world, it was an important thing that he needed to know.
"Give me basic information on this world."
Akira was stunned. This planet was only the second strongest rank? So there were other planets with qi as well? Also, does that mean that earth was a normal rank planet? Akira also thought about the last part. He knew that he wouldn't be able to become the strongest in the world simply by himself in the forest, he needed to hastily get involved with the human world and try to join a sect, preferably one of the great seven.
Many ideas were coming to his head. He decided that he was still far too weak for now and that he would at least become a Foundation Establishment realm cultivator before going into the human world. Akira decided to sit down and cultivate again until he could break into the next realm.

Unfortunately, even after 8 hours of cultivating, he was still far from breaking through into the next realm even though all of the energy had been sapped from the energy vien already. Akira decided to give it a break and wait for the energy vien to regenerate its qi. In the meantime, Akira brought Gorglich and his children to the qi energy vein.
On entering, Gorglich immediately knew what this was. It was like a peasant entering a million-dollar mansion, he knew what it was but he never thought that he would ever enter such a place. A qi energy vien was something known by all creatures in the forest of Jetai. A cavern that was full of energy and protection. Garglich was ecstatic to see the place.
"Ha! Ha! Well done master! What great beast did you slay in order to conquer its energy vien?" Garglich asked excitedly. Akira turned around slowly and looked at Garglich who was carrying the three baby goblins. Akira held his breath to the sight of a humongous snake that was over 30 feet in length and 4 feet in width was right behind Garglich with its mouth open wide. Garglich and the three babies could all easily fit inside of its mouth, it was showing its ginormous fangs as well.
"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!" Three powerful wind blades were conjured in milliseconds and fired at the snake. Its head was cut into three different pieces that fell down right behind Garglich who was frightened when he turned around and saw the sight before him. Akira was also breathing heavily.
A smile appeared on Akira's face as he heard this. He quickly walked over to the snake and cut open its head, retrieving a small black bead that was completely round and the size of a marble. Akira could feel the thick qi emulating from the core.
While Garglich made himself comfortable, Akira started to cultivate again.
