On a busy street of Astratta City, many people are clamoring to a store in hopes to grab the newest game, "Ultima". Said to be the most immersive fantasy MMO game the world has ever seen, It suddenly came to the world recently and no one had been credited towards the development of the game, at first, many people were skeptical about it thinking it was one of the many fakes the gaming industry has been producing lately. However, many people who had tried it said that it was so surreal that "it felt so real" as they claimed, this had sparked a massive wave of interested people wanting to test it out and verifying the same claim, over and over again.
Out of the many people in the store, a young man had left the store and walking back to his home with the new VR model and a copy of the game, looking for something new to experience after all the terrible tragedies he had to endure, the loss of his parents at a young age, his girlfriend leaving him for another man, and other unfortunate experiences, but he hopes that he can turn things around for once with the game on his hand.
"I'm home" says the young man, towards an empty house, he gazes towards all the objects present in his eye's peripheral view reminscing of the past that was once joyful to him, yet now sad and numbing. He mumbles a few words before climbing the stairs to his room, preparing the new VR model and the new game. "I hope this can help me change" he thought before putting on the new device on his head and resting on his bed. He took a deep breath, closing his eyes, before saying "Enter",

And then came silence and darkness, he opens his eyes to an unknown space where there was nothing in sight at all sides, a nothingness in all sides, except for him, he looked at every direction and it was all the same exact thing, total emptiness surrounding him, he look at his hands, his body and his legs, the sensation was still there, and he looked at his necklace, an old thing given to him by his late grandfather, it was said that he (grandfather) found it during one of his explorations in a ruins, and it had stuck with him since then, he didn't know what it was for so he simply kept it safe for sometime until his passing as he gave it to him in his deathbed. He kept it around as a sort of memorabilia for his grandfather as he was his parent up to his death.
As he was busy remembering the past, a sound awoken him from the tranced state he was him, prompting him to look around himself until he saw what was in front of him, a blue translucent board appears in front of him, he was confused until a voice appears in his mind.
[Welcome, Alex Somma] the voice said.
Confused, Alex asked "Who are you?"
[I am the guide, Matrio] the voice said. [I am here to guide you on the basics of this game.], [Do you wish to proceed towards the basics and tutorial?] it stated.
Calming himself down, he says "Yes, please do"
[Very well, the blue screen in front of you is the customization page, here you are able to customize your stature, face and appearance.]

[Is there any changes you would like on your overall appearance?] it asked.
Thinking about it, not many people really knew him that much, other than a few fleeting friends and his late grandfather and grandmother. But considering that if there were people with malicious intent looking to harm him, he might as well keep his identity anonymous from other people too.
"Yes, please change the overall appearance to 15%, keep my height the same" he said.
[Very well, now that you have finished the customization, it is time for you to do the tutorial] Matrio said.
After that, in his view a human-like figure with no features had appeared in front of him, along with few different weapons. Swords, spears, bows, and other weapons usually appearing in fantasy games had also appear beside him.
[Now, the thing in front of you is a dummy created by me, this will serve as the punching bag for you to use the different weapons that had appeared beside you to test which of them generally suits you the most]
[Do not worry about destroying it, it will return to its original form after you do so.] The machine said.
After given the ok sign was given, Alex began to scan the weapons that was laid before him, each of these weapons were generally new to him so he has no past experience of the weapons, he first tried the sword first, he held it in his hands as if it was a knife, then performed a slash.
It did considerable amount of damage to the dummy before the "wound" had regenerated. He looked at it before replacing his sword with the axe, then the spear, then the bow and then the other weapons.
Out of all the weapons that he had tested, the crossbow and the sword were the best ones that were his best weapons, now before he had a choice to choose the most suitable weapon for him, the guide told him that he can choose 2 weapons as a primary and a secondary, he choose the crossbow as a primary and the sword as the secondary.
[Now, in the game, before hitting level 10, you are considered to be a "Novice" being the 1st class tier you currently have, when hitting level 10, you are given a choice between being a Warrior, Rouge, Archer, Mage, or being an Adept.]
[However, if you clear some conditions, you can become of one of many hidden classes that belong to each of the 4 main classes. Furthermore, being an Adept grants you the ability to create your own unique hidden class.] It said before switching to another topic.
[Races and Bloodlines are other things that can affect your playstyle, by default, all players are humans, If so desired, are able to change races and bloodlines.]
[Humans only have a single bloodline but it has the potential to change and adapt to other bloodlines of different races, causing it to evolve to something far more greater but requires significant time and effort to do so. But it could also create a new bloodline that is even greater, creating a different race altogether. Other races has the same potential but are only limited to their race's genes.]
After sometime, the AI had fully explained all the important things such as factions, items, raids, and etc. Before finally getting to the point.
