Chapter 189: I'm selfish too!

Alex left Stella alone in the Deathwill Castle. He asked her to look after Celia and make sure the little dullahan wasn't feeling lonely.
He then headed to Remia's room.
"I heard you wanted to talk, Alex. I also didn't have a chance to properly thank you for your assistance." Remia turned around, smiling at Alex.
She was pretty busy because of the impending battle. However, Remia would always find a time for him. Not only did she have to thank him for his support, but Remia also wanted to thank Stella from the bottom of her heart.
For some reason, Stella was gone.
Alex smiled back, looking quite confident, "Remia… Do you still like me?"
Remia blinked her eyes, her cheeks flushing red. She didn't expect that question out of nowhere, particularly in their current situation. For a second, she thought that Alex asked this question because she could die in a week.
