Tariq laughed inwardly and said:
"I am not going through with the plan anymore. If I do, I might lose my man and I am not about to lose my precious Arian for the sake of that galaxy that has never done anything good to me in my life. Let the worst happen."
"Why are you saying this now? What happened?"
Tariq furrowed his brows and walked out of the office, looking cool calm and collected like he didn't just have a face-off with Reanna. Seeing the looks, the two exchanged got Arian confused and suspicious. What even got him more disturbed was when Reanna went after Tariq. Arian was left in his office looking distress. He closed his door and sat back in his office chair in silence as all sort of thoughts went through his mind.
When Reanna caught up to Tariq he yelled at her:
"I said forget about it! That's finally. I am going break that prayer placed over him to forget about me."
