Alex explained everything and again sat on the chair in front of me. I did the rest of my work quickly. I stretched my body when I was done with my work. I looked at Alex and found he was staring at me.
" You hungry?" Alex asked me.
" No." I said and then my stomach growled.
" Maybe a little." I said awkwardly. Uh! My stupid stomach always growls at the wrong moment.
" Sit here. I'll bring you some food." he said and left the office. He came back after fifteen minutes or so and put the supper on my table.
" Come, Sit." I said to Alex and he sat down. I opened the packet. He had bought sandwiches, chips, and cakes for dessert. He both started eating our food, savoring its taste. It was very delicious.
" I'll drop you home after lunch." Alex said when he finished his food and was now going to start with his dessert.
" No need. I'll take a cab. I'm going to Penelope's house." I said and finished my chips.
" Why?" he asked.
